Then you need to do something about it. Don’t complain that you’re fat if you’re not willing to get off the couch and work out or replace cheese fries with cucumbers. Seriously I cannot explain how much this drives me crazy. If you aren’t happy with your weight, then change it. You’re the only one with the power to do so. Complaining about it won’t shed the pounds. You have to make the effort yourself.
